Ricardo A. Sidor, co-founder.
With his friend and colleague, Adam Yew, saw the very real need for reliable, qualified people -located in key strategic parts of the world- providing products, services and information to clients -in their own language- as urgent need of many friends and contacts. A mission statement emerged, and, Orientations Group Limited was born in the vibrant city of Hong Kong.
A Senior International Executive, Business Consultant and Board Member in Latin America/Caribbean companies established and nurtured solid commercial and industrial relationships throughout the world that have endured the test of time at:
-SGS Control Services as Regional Director
-Sherwin Williams Paints as Director of Marketing and Business Development in Latin America and Asia/Pacific
-Rust-Oleum Corporation, an RPM Company, as its Vice President of International Group,
-International Business Consulting on nutritional supplements, garments, automotive care and health & beauty products

Adam Yew, co-founder: Senior Level International Executive and entrepreneur with vast experience in managing multiple location/countries production, outsourcing management, supply chain management, international marketing, branding and distribution network management, sourcing and trading, total international logistic management and trade financing.
Presently involved as Managing Director for Shenzhen Superoci Inc, Shenzhen, China and Hong Kong; Pacific Millennium Trading of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
-Developed and managed distribution networks in the hardware & building materials, automotive aftermarket, electronic, electrical, footwear, furniture and industrial markets within the Asia/Pacific regions.
- Traded chemical and metal products from/to China from/to South East countries as Group General Manager of OCI Berhad, Malaysia
- Collapsible aluminum/plastic tube production, procurement, technical, production, logistics, business development, sales and marketing ressponsibilities for adhesive and sealant products, for the domestic market while exporting from Malaysia to more than 80 countries and establishing offices/production in Dubai, China and USA.
- Responsible at Mitsui & Co. Ltd for chemical product trading and distribution, project management and investment in petrochemical project in Malaysia. Managing investments, project start-up for Mitsui’s first Oleo Chemicals plant in Malaysia, world class VCM/PVC plant in Malaysia and first Glycerine shpments from South East Asia to New York.
If that is not enough, Adam holds a BSc. In Agribusiness from the Agriculture University of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur and speaks English, Chinese and Malay fluently.
